Introduction

The compositions of the two materials are different. The contents of Ni and Cr are different. The oxidation resistance of 316 stainless steel is better than 304 stainless steel. Because 316 stainless steel contains mo (molybdenum), the resistance to chloride pitting corrosion in marine and chemical industry environment is better than 304 stainless steel
